Yoga on the Lawn

Campus Recreation is hosting a free Yoga class on the lawn at Dietler Commons, led by our instructor Jamie. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own. TU students, faculty, and staff are invited to enjoy some sunshine and gentle movement to improve strength and mobility while relieving stress.
