Kenneth Brown, Ph.D., distinguished professor at Duke University, will give a virtual talk on Quantum Computing-what it is, what it isn’t, its applications, and his research. Afterwards, there will be a Q&A Session, followed by break-out groups led by The University of Tulsa students to discuss Quantum Algorithms, Quantum Circuits, and the intersection of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. Undergraduates, Graduates, and Faculty are all welcome!

Urban Coders Guild is a respected local Tulsa organization dedicated to providing top-notch STEM/STEAM programs. Their mission is to offer computer science education and opportunities to youth from historically underserved and underrepresented communities, helping to build a diverse tech ecosystem and create lasting wealth in Black and brown communities.
We are thrilled to have several of our Computer Simulation and Gaming (CSG) students volunteering for these camps. Together, our Computer Science Department and the Urban Coders Guild are committed to inspiring the next generation of tech enthusiasts and future TU students.
