Student Investment Smackdown

Local high school teams will compete with TU’s Student Investment Fund teams at the Student Investment Fund Smackdown. Teams will develop and present championship investment advice focusing on two powerslam topics: managing investment risks and putting endowment funds to work.

Collins College of Business Dean’s Lecture Series featuring Sandeep Purao

Sandeep Purao, Ph.D., will present a lecture titled Doing Research that Matter.

Purao is a trustee professor and interim chair in the Information and Process Management Group and associate director of the Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University. He is also a visiting professor at Agder University in Norway. His current research involves the design of digital solutions for social good.

This event will take place in the Chapman Hall Auditorium and is free and open to the public.

Academic Lecture: Pursuing Social Inclusion for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Tulsa Mobility Innovation Strategy Launch Event

Join a convening of local leaders, businesses and organizations as we present the Tulsa Mobility Innovation Strategy, celebrate the successes of mobility initiatives already underway and look toward next-steps in implementing the Strategy to evolve Tulsa as an inclusive and well-connected place to live, work and visit.

Pike x Sig Chi Fireman’s Challenge and Carnival

Pi Kappa Alpha and Sigma Chi are co-hosting a carnival and Fireman’s Challenge, and TU students are invited to join us at Harwell Field for games, inflatables, food, prizes and more!

The Fireman’s Challenge is a physical course that puts contestants through some of the daily tasks firemen experience. Teams of five can sign up to compete for $50 and will have a chance to win T-shirts, trophies and a donation to their choice of charity.

Throughout the week, Pi Kappa Alpha and Sigma Chi will be collecting money to pie our members. Join us in person from 3 to 6 p.m. at Harwell Field to see our members get pied, or tune in via our Instagram Live!
