TU POWER is a new organization focused on raising awareness about abandoned oil well sites in Oklahoma that continue to emit methane gas after being plugged. Our goal is to inspire TU students to learn more about the big-picture issues that are currently affecting our planet, and to provide a way for students to actively play a role in saving Earth.
Join TU POWER’s inaugural Lunch & Learn where we will be discussing greenhouse gasses, global warming and mitigation! Lunch will be provided.
Free vegetarian and vegan lunches to encourage students to pursue a more sustainable diet! All lunches for the semester are provided to-go and masks are required for admittance.
Enjoy a free vegetarian lunch at the Little Blue House! Lunches are currently on a to-go basis only, but there is outside seating available. Masks are required to enter. Vegan options will also be available.
Calling all juniors and seniors! Join us for an in-person information session to learn if graduate school would be a good choice for you and how the ‘Cane QuickStart program will help catapult you into a Master or Doctoral degree program! We’ll also discuss the graduate school application process, deadlines, statistics, the GRE and GMAT exams and scholarships! Lunch will be provided – hope to see you there!
