SOMA and music alumni — come home to Tyrrell Hall on Friday, Oct. 25, 4-6 p.m.!
SOMA members and music alumni alike are invited to join the fun at Tyrrell Hall and tour the beautifully remodeled former home of the School of Music. Bring your best memories to share with old and new friends at a wine, beer, and finger food get-together. Our music faculty will be there to say “Hi!” and join in celebrating their great success growing the School of Music’s enrollment for two straight years with the help of SOMA.
SOMA members have done an extraordinary job over the last two years revitalizing the School of Music. Thanks to your efforts and generosity, not only has the number of music majors taken a huge jump, but the marching band has gone from 55 to 95 just this year!
Director Matt Schepers and his 2024 Sound of the Golden Hurricane will be honored guests and perform outside Tyrrell Hall for everyone to celebrate.

UTulsa students: Help continue UTulsa’s most famous Homecoming tradition – our Bonfire celebration! Volunteers meet at Dietler Commons to build the bonfire and keep the legacy alive.
UTulsa students: Homecoming is here, and we are celebrating! Join us for a party with DJ Austin Millz. Free food and drink tickets will be available at the event for UTulsa students.
