Wellness Wednesdays

Hosted by the Office for Resilience & Belonging (ORB), Wellness Wednesdays are a weekly come-and-go space for the entire campus community (students, staff and faculty) to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their whole selves. Through guided meditation, mindfulness and quiet reflection, participants are invited to reset beyond roles and responsibilities. Stay for a few minutes or the full session—whatever supports your well-being that week.
