Escape the ordinary. Dive into the world of speech-language pathology and audiology—where every clue helps someone find their voice, hear the world clearly and communicate effectively – while you unlock ingredients for an ice cream sundae.
Students, faculty and curious minds of all ages are invited to join us at the Mary K. Chapman Center on campus (right next to John Mabee Hall, behind Chapman Hall) for an evening escape room adventure! Bring your friends and join us to learn about all that the field of Speech Language Pathology has to offer! Ice cream sundays will be provided following your time in the escape room.
What you’ll do:
- Solve puzzles that mirror the everyday problem-solving of speech-language pathologists and audiologists
- Discover the many ways communication and swallowing can be affected across the lifespan
- Discover how clinicians improve quality of life through science and human connection
- Team up, think creatively, and have a blast while learning!
