TU's Symphony Orchestra Concert

The performance will feature TU faculty artist Judith Pannill Raiford performing the Rhapsody by Johannes Brahms.  The concert will also honor the life and work of Yevgeny Yevtushenko with the TU premiere of The Defiant Poet by Tulsa composer Noam Faingold along with poetry readings and commentary from members of the Yevtushenko family.   

TU Symphony Conductor Richard Wagner will also lead the orchestra in the Variations on a Theme by Haydn and Academic Festival Overture by Brahms.
