Campers will have the opportunity to learn proper running and sprinting mechanics and proper weight lifting technique from University of Tulsa Sprint Coach Jon Hughes. Although the camp is geared toward track and field athletes, athletes from any sport will gain beneficial knowledge and training experience from this camp. Because Coach Hughes wants to be able to give quality instruction to all campers, camp size will be limited to fifteen athletes.
