Tulsa Spirit midyear cheer tryouts

Interested in becoming more involved with TU’s game day experience? Tryout to join Tulsa Spirit!
Doors will open at 4 p.m. and tryouts will begin at 5:30. The first hour and a half serves as a final coaching and learning opportunity. You will be able to warm up skills and request assistance.
On the day of tryouts, please bring:
- Copy of your TU acceptance letter or your student ID card
- Copy of your medical insurance card
- Completed health questionnaire and insurance and liability release form (you can fill this out the day of the event)
- Current sports physical
- Photo of yourself (does not need to be a professional photo)
- Check made payable to Tulsa Spirit in the amount of $25 for tryout fees
What to wear:
Women: Colorful sports bra top (may be stylish and embellished, but no wording allowed – Nike, Adidas, etc. logos are fine) with solid-colored spandex shorts and cheer shoes. Wear makeup and style hair appropriately.
Men: Plain-colored athletic t-shirt (no wording allowed), athletic shorts and tennis shoes. Please be neatly groomed. You are encouraged to look “game day ready.”
Tulsa Spirit is looking for the total package and a professional collegiate image.
