Tulsa Chapter Day of Service
March 19-April 15
The Tulsa Chapter of the TU Alumni Association is hosting a food and clothing drive for the True Blue Pantry and Career Closet. Through April 15, drop off your food or clothing donation of the requested items in the Alumni Engagement Office.
Physical donations may be dropped off at the Alumni Engagement Office in Collins Hall Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Unable to donate items in person? Monetary donations to the True Blue Pantry can be made online, or you can purchase an item off the CaneCareers Amazon Wish List.
True Blue Pantry Requested Items:
– Canned Beans (No meat)
– Pasta
– Broth (Chicken, beef, or vegetable)
– Canned Tomatoes
– Canned Soups
– Canned Peas and Canned Corn
– Peanut Butter
– Snacks (Individually packaged chips, cookies, peanut butter-filled crackers, etc)
– Frozen Pot Pies
– Ramen
– Sam’s or Reasor’s Gift Cards
– Feminine Hygiene Products
Career Closet Information:
Do you need a worthy excuse to clean out your crowded closet and support TU students at the same time? The Tulsa Chapter is collecting new and gently used business professional clothing for the CaneCareers Closet. This FREE closet is available to all TU students and ensures they can look their best as they interview with prospective employers and begin their careers.
– Please ensure donated items are free of stains, tears, and smells.
– Acceptable items include suits, dress shoes, slacks, blouses, professional dresses and skirts, belts and ties.
– Please share this information with your network. The more items we receive, the more we can offer.
