TU students on Drew Barrymore Show

TU students, faculty, and staff are invited to a Drew Barrymore Show watch party! Two students from the School of Music – Chance Jackson and Shaun Roberts – will appear on Wednesday’s TV show, and we want to celebrate them!
Both students live at Tulsa’s Montereau retirement center and plan concerts and other activities for the seniors there. The students’ story was picked up by the New York Post, and Drew Barrymore invited them to New York to tape an interview with her last week.
Before the TV show airs, there will be a video produced by film studies junior Josh Murray, who went to New York City to document this once-in-a-lifetime trip!
The retirement center is hosting TU for this special event at 6800 S. Granite Ave. This is a wonderful opportunity for the campus community to interact with the Tulsa community. And, many Montereau residents are TU alumni!
