TU STRETCHED Summer Academy

Tulsa community join TU STRETCHED for the 3-Day Summer Academy for high school students a fun and exciting way to learn more about Sports Medicine through hands-on laboratory activities and field excursions to our partnering medical facilities. In the past, we have partnered with St. Francis Health System, Ascension St. John Health System, Hillcrest Healthcare System, and Tulsa Bone and Joint Associates to facilitate our field excursions. The Summer Academy is sponsored by Telligen Community Initiative and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma.

This event is for current high school juniors who will begin their senior year in the fall of 2024. However, consideration will be made for select high school sophomores who will begin their junior year in the fall of 2024.

This is a free event. SPACE IS LIMITED! Please submit your application no later than May 5, 2024 for full consideration. Students selected for participation in the Summer Academy will receive notification of acceptance by email no later than May 10, 2024.
