An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 8, 2020
This virtual group will be based on the best-selling book by Brené Brown, and will provide the skills needed to focus on living an authentic life instead of a perfect one. College is a great time to learn how to build up your self-esteem and self-worth. Discuss these challenges and learn skills with your peers who are encountering the same difficulties.
The group will be led by Kirsten Robertson, PsyD, and Mary Kennedy, Pre-Doctoral Intern at CAPS. This will be similar to a book club, with each participant reading the book one chapter at a time and then having an opportunity to discuss how the material applies to their own life. Feel free to go through the whole book with us, or pop in for any sessions that fit your schedule. Register online.
