Spain/Morocco Travel Course Sign Up

Travel Course BIOL 1863/BIOL 4383 MICROBIOLOGY OF FERMENTED FOODS: WHEN THE CHEFS ARE TINY DUDES.
After going to France (January 2025) and Thailand (January 2026), this popular travel course is offered again this upcoming January 2027 in Spain and Morocco. Travel will be from Jan. 1-13. Program activities may include: Visit to Bodegas, Muñana, Alhambra, Chefchaouen, Mahou, San Miguel Beer Company, Old City Fes and MUCH MORE!
Students must:
- Enroll in BIOL 1863 (Block II/Quad IV) or BIOL 4383 (Biology Major) in spring 2027
- Meet course requirements and CGE travel requirements
- Attend all travel sessions
- Be in good academic standing
- Obtain valid passport
- Complete CGE travel application by Sept. 30 deadline.
