February 6-February 13

RSVP link: Student Success Showcase 2026 RSVP – Fill out form
On Thursday, March 5, from 5:30–8:30 p.m., The University of Tulsa will host the Student Success Showcase—a campus-wide celebration of undergraduate achievement across every discipline. This is your chance to share your work with faculty, staff, peers and community members in a setting that values creativity, curiosity and bold ideas. Whether you’re investigating a research question, composing music, engineering a solution, designing an app, curating a portfolio or exploring something entirely unique—we want to feature your work. If you’re creating something during your time as an undergraduate, it deserves to be seen.
To apply, you’ll need:
- A brief abstract summarizing your work (300 words or less)
- A general idea of how you’d like to present (poster, performance, digital exhibit, live demo, reading, etc.)
- A willingness to share your passion with others
Important Dates:
- RSVP Form Below (Title and Abstract): Friday, Feb. 13
- Full Project Submission: Wednesday, Feb. 25
This showcase is intentionally broad. Projects can be in progress or complete, and you do not need a faculty mentor to apply. If you’re creating, analyzing, building, imagining or experimenting, we’re interested! Start brainstorming now. This is your moment to step into the spotlight and show the UTulsa community what you’re building.
