Professor McCoy’s Wonderful World of Physics

March 24, 7:00 pm-8:00 pm

Professor McCoy and a cloud of vapor during his Wonderful World of Physics show at The University of Tulsa

Applied Professor of Physics & Engineering Physics Jerry McCoy returns for his beloved (and world-famous) Wonderful World of Physics show at The University of Tulsa’s Lorton Performance Center. Don’t miss this entertaining and informative demonstration of the laws of physics that govern our world. From conservation of momentum to the kinetic theory of gasses, and Bernoulli’s principle to waves, Professor McCoy makes physics fun for students of all ages and education levels.

Free and open to the public!

A note on parking:

Due to our basketball team’s success in the NIT, they will be playing on campus at the same time as the physics show. Lots previously identified for parking may be filled by the time you arrive.

Good news! All lots on campus will be open and free for parking (see map below), and shuttle buses will pick up those coming for the physics show between 6:15 & 7:30 p.m. Make sure to let your driver know that you would like to be let off at the Lorton Performance Center.
