The Collins College of Business invites high school students to Personal Finance & Investing Camp 2026, a hands-on experience designed to build lifelong money management skills and financial confidence.
What You’ll Learn:
- Budgeting Basics: Learn how much you need to save, where to save it and what the best use of your hard earned income is for you.
- Smart Debt Usage: Understand when and how to use debt wisely while keeping your savings and investment growing for you.
- Investment Strategies: Set achievable targets of financial security so you can retire at 50.
- Investment Insights: Uncover sources of value; learn who securities investments are available to you; use stock selection tools intelligently and understand why you could benefit from a mix of stocks and bonds.
Hands-On Experiences Include:
- Workshops with UTulsa faculty on core financial strategies.
- Guest speaker sessions with finance professionals.
- Field trips to financial institutions and businesses
- Interactive activities including a final investing challenge
