Got anxiety? Mindfulness and meditation are tools that could make a big difference.

Join Assistant Professor of History Nicole Bauer for a quick and entertaining introduction to mindfulness and meditation. What is mindfulness exactly? It doesn’t cost any money, it doesn’t take a lot of time and you don’t need any fancy accessories like gongs – chanting optional. After joining, you will know easy and effective techniques to help you cope with anxiety, stress and depression.
