Join us for the Justice Dana Kuehn Inaugural Symposium on Justice and Law, featuring Donald J. Kochan, Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Law & Economics Center at Antonin Scalia Law School.

In Mickey’s Empire: A Tale of Power, Politics & Perversion of Process, Kochan will lead a lecture and fireside chat with UTulsa students on how institutional design, democratic accountability, and constitutional safeguards are meant to limit government power and prevent corporations—like Disney—from leveraging the state for private gain. The legislation that created “Mickey’s Empire” subverted these principles, raising critical questions about law, governance, and corporate influence.

Don’t miss this thought-provoking discussion on the intersection of law, democracy, and corporate power.

📌 Open to all—lunch will be provided!
