Internal Deadline: Fulbright US Student Program
September 6
What is Fulbright?
The Fulbright Program is the U.S. government’s flagship international exchange program. It offers a fully funded opportunity for graduating seniors, recent alumni and graduate students to spend an academic year abroad. Participants are chosen for their academic merit and leadership potential to:
-
Teach English (ETA): Assist in English classrooms while serving as a cultural ambassador.
-
Conduct Research: Carry out an independent research project in affiliation with a local university or organization.
-
Pursue Graduate Study: Enroll in a master’s degree program at a top international university.
Important Deadlines
Because applying through The University of Tulsa involves a campus committee review and endorsement process, there are two key dates to keep in mind:
- Internal Deadline – Sept. 6
- National Deadline – Oct. 6
