FABLAB: Grand Prix Summer Camp
June 4, 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Fab Lab Tulsa’s GP Racing Camp is perfect for the car loving camper who has a need for speed. Experience STEM concepts and hands-on projects through assembling, modifying, and racing electric powered vehicles. Learn the basics of automotive design, electrical systems, drive trains, and the parts of a vehicle. Develop an understanding of automotive performance, electric cars, and alternative power sources. Learn how to be part of a pit crew, maintain and tune your team vehicle, and the learn details of driver safety and equipment. Finally, all campers get to experience the thrill of the race in our own Fab Lab TULSA GP cars on our FAB track.
AGES: 10-15
DATE & TIME: Half-day camp sessions run from 6/3/24 through 6/7/24 9:00am-12:00pm. Early drop-off begins at 8:30am each day.
