Friends of Finance Executive Speaker Series Luncheon Featuring Dana Weber, Webco Industries CEO
October 16, 11:30 am-1:00 pm
Join Friends of Finance for the Executive Speaker Series to hear from Dana Weber, CEO of Webco Industries.
Dana S. Weber’s story is a compelling narrative of ambition and success, rooted in her early exposure to her family’s business, Webco Industries, founded by her father, F. William “Bill” Weber. From starting work there at just 13 years old to fulfill her dream of spending time with her father, Dana grew to love the business, eventually steering it to become the leading provider of pressure tubing in North America. Her leadership, beginning in 2011 as CEO and later as Chair of the Board, has seen Webco achieve exponential growth, culminating in net earnings of $48.4 million in 2022.
Her career at Webco was paralleled by significant roles in broader business and financial communities, including her appointment as the Branch Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch in 2024. Dana’s commitment extends beyond business, deeply involved in her alma mater, The University of Tulsa, where she graduated with a BS in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate. Her contributions include serving as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, the first woman to hold this role, significantly shaping the strategic direction of the university in 2020. Dana continues to serve on the board today.
Recognized as Oklahoma’s Woman of the Year and an outstanding alumna of the Collins College of Business, Dana continues to be supportive of the Chi Omega sorority and the Collins College of Business. Her legacy is not just in leading Webco following the cultural and entrepreneurial spirit her father instilled but also in her active engagement and leadership within the academic community that helped mold her. Her story is one of leadership influenced by familial ties, a robust educational background, and a profound commitment to the long-term health and growth of her professional and community endeavors.
