Fraternity Formal Recruitment: Day 3 & Bid Signing

Potential New Members (PNMs) will arrive at the Student Union Great Hall (second floor) to check-in and get their Day 3 schedules. PNMs will interact with up to three chapters for an equal amount of time. PNMs will start the day in their Day 1 group but receive their own schedules for the day. Each PNM will visit each chapter house for 80 minutes each with a 10-minute transition period in between groups. Attire is formal (button-down shirts and slacks).

Bid Signing: Potential New Members (PNMs) will return to the Student Union Great Hall (second floor) at 7 p.m. (CDT) to meet with recruitment staff and receive bids before being invited to their new chapter’s bid day celebration. Attire is casual.
