The University of Tulsa College of Law welcomes The Honorable Michael R. Fitzpatrick, Judge, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, for the Chapman Distinguished Lecture in Law

This presentation offers numerous practical tips that can be applied by attorneys at both the trial court and appellate court levels; describes how trial court and appellate court judges, and juries, approach decision-making; and discusses numerous ways attorneys can better craft their presentations to make it more likely they will be successful in the courtroom and in brief writing

The reception and lecture are free and open to the public.
