How to Make Oklahoma's Women's Incarceration Crisis Disappear (With Nothing Up Our Sleeves)
Oklahoma's women's incarceration crisis is complex and oft-lamented. Solving it strikes many as an impossible task. However, a few existing, albeit obscure, provisions of Oklahoma law provide a way to dramatically reduce this crisis and substantially improve the lives of women in Oklahoma.
Galoob will provide a brief background on the crisis and lay out a proposed solution.
Stephen Galoob is an associate professor of law at TU.
